What are the requirements to become an agent for DSFL?

DSFL looks for experienced professionals with a strong freight background. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of freight brokerage experience, active relationships with direct shippers, freight market knowledge, experience with pricing shipments, the ability to thrive on commission-only income, and a drive to grow their own business. Additionally, potential agents will be required to successfully pass a background check and credit check.
